There are 160 hectares of land including 20 hectares of vineyards, 20 hectares of olive trees, 30 hectares of arable land and 70 hectares of woods. There are several farm buildings including a large old vine cellar whose origins date back to the eighteenth century. The company has a consolidated wine brand with an average annual production of around 1300 hectoliters. Denominations produced: Chianti DOCG, Chianti Riserva DOCG, Chianti Superiore DOCG, Vinsanto DOC del Chianti, Bianco e Rosso I.G.T. The extra virgin olive oil is produced from the Frantoio (40%), Moraiolo (30%) and Leccino (20%) olives. Average annual production of IGP Toscana olive oil is 35/40 quintals. Grappa is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grape marc. *** Farmhouse *** The Agriturismo currently has 16 apartments located in 3 rural buildings and 8 rooms in the ancient manor house. All the apartments including the main villa have undergone a substantial restoration, careful to the conservation of the typical elements of traditional architecture: the vaults in the ceilings, the terracotta floors, the exposed beams and inlaid wood. Each apartment has air conditioning and independent heating. There are three swimming pools, a restaurant, bar and a large parking area. It is possible to increase the number of apartments dedicated to accommodation through the renovation of some buildings currently in disuse. Inside the property there is a hunting reserve where trekking routes have been created to discover the region's flora and fauna.
