Loft in Via Marghera a Milano

Milano (Milano) - in a prestigious period building in Liberty style, a beautiful residential Loft of about 145 square meters, with a garden, tastefully renovated by an architect and finished with high-level design furniture. The house is within a very private and silent courtyard. The property is accessed directly from the beautiful and bright living area, from which you can admire the spectacular design kitchen inserted in the veranda adjacent to the garden. From the living area there is access to a hallway where with a staircase, made to measure, all glass leads to the mezzanine where we find a double bedroom, a large bathroom with window. On the floor below we have another large room with study and dedicated bathroom. The finishes of the house are of the highest level and are in perfect condition. The flooring of the whole house is in clear resin, which gives brightness to the home, the bathrooms are finished in spatulated resin with well-made artistic designs. The external fixtures are in triple anti-breakout glass. The systems are excellent and equipped with home automation, burglar alarm, ducted air conditioning, mechanized air recycling system. The property is free immediately.

Via Marghera is a street about 400 meters long, the commercial hub of the neighborhood that goes from Piazza Wagner to Piazza de Angeli, between the areas of Porta Vercellina (San Pietro in Sala) and La Maddalena. The name of the street in the nineteenth century was still a continuation of Corso Vercelli, later and until the thirties it was named via Malghera (with the "L") and originated from a farmhouse located in the area called la Maddalena, a farmhouse that disappeared towards the end of 1800 (another existed near Via Feltre).

Piazza Wagner and via Buonarroti As we have already said, via Marghera is a commercial street, an ideal continuation with Corso Vercelli and via Belfiore. Here there are several commercial spaces of all kinds that make it lively every day of the year. Nearby there are also several restaurants and evening clubs that make it a place for evening strolls, transforming it, together with the neighborhood (via Ravizza, via Sanzio and Piazza Piemonte), into an evening and more peaceful alternative to the usual Navigli, Brera or Isola.
