Milano (Milano) - In the central Via Lupetta, a quiet side street of Via Torino, we offer an attic apartment of about 135 square meters with a terrace of about 40 square meters.
Arranged on two levels with an excellent separation between living and sleeping areas, it is the ideal solution for those looking for an elegant and centrally located property with a large terrace.
The apartment is on two levels: fourth and fifth floors, the top one.
We access the fifth floor via two entrances, one of which directly with a lift. It currently presents a rational division. On the fifth floor we find:

Location

Via Lupetta is located in one of the historic districts of Milan: Le Cinque Vie. Known since Roman times as the true center of Milan, the area stands out for its artisan shops relating to fashion, design and furniture. The noble center of Milan has always been home to palaces and residences of considerable value which are overlooked by numerous services, banks, gourmet restaurants where it is possible to taste various types of cuisine ranging from Milanese to ethnic. The district is well connected by tram and underground lines and it is also worth noting the proximity to the future line M4 which will directly connect the center of Milan to Linate Airport.

Services

The largely residential area is full of shops and schools, from kindergarten, elementary, middle and high school. It seems superfluous to mention the infinite range of fashion shops, cosmetics, furniture and so on that animate the entire historic center and make it a favorite destination in the eyes of foreigners from all over the world.
